Group Description

This group is for professionals who manage staff and would benefit from support and education from their peers on successful ways to oversee a team.  This group is not tied to a position and is open to anyone who manages a group, team, or staff.

​Anitra Lesser, M.Ed., is a certified Executive Coach, certified Mediator, Licensed Human Element Professional, and an instructor/facilitator with the Organizational Development and Learning Department at Employers Council.  Anitra holds a Masters of Education in Organizational Development from Regis University and a BA in both Sociology/Anthropology and Communication from the Lewis and Clark College.  She is a certified Integral Executive Coach through New Ventures West and is a coach for the Profilor® 360° leadership feedback instrument.  Anitra is also a certified Mediator.  Anitra has been involved in coaching, research and development, group facilitation, and management roles for the past 25 years.  She currently develops and facilitates workshops and  presentations in such areas as:  effective communication, conflict resolution, change management, inspired leadership, interpersonal and personal mastery, team dynamics, resilience building, and developmental coaching.
