2010 Recertification Information

All members must submit the following information to Community Shares of Colorado (CSC) no later than 5:00 p.m. on February 5, 2010. If all requested materials are not received by this time, a fine of $25.00 per business day (not to exceed $250.00) will accrue until all documents are received.

Agencies who submit their completed application to Community Shares by the early bird due date: by 5:00 p.m. on January 26, 2010 will receive 3 participation units.
