December's Outstanding Member Agency
Clinica Tepeyac
This month marks the one year anniversary for Clinica Tepeyac's new location
at 5075 Lincoln Street. In the first year since expansion, Clinica has doubled
the number of patients through their door and added four new volunteer doctors
to meet the increase. Clinica has also expanded their services to include a
colorectal cancer program and a mental health program. In November, they added a
pre-natal program, delivering 15 newborns in the first month. Each year Clinica
Tepeyac employees generously donate back to the community by running their own
employee giving program. Executive Director David Lack also volunteers his time
for the Community Shares Board. We are proud to honor Clinica Tepeyac as an
outstanding member agency!
