Community Shares invites nonprofit professionals to participate in our Executive Leadership Institute (ELI) professionally-facilitated, peer-to-peer support groups. This is a great way to develop your professional skills within a collaborative, small group environment. Each group sets their priorities at the beginning of the year, developing expectations and responsibilities as well as outcomes.
Groups meet at least 10 times per year and set the times, dates and locations themselves.
Each group is facilitated by a nonprofit professional who can keep the group on track and provide advice and support when necessary.
Community Shares is open to forming new groups based on interest and demand.
The cost is $150 per participant annually. If your employer is a Community Share's member agency your participation fee will be $100 annually.
Please Note: This program is not funded and 100% of participant dues are used to pay facilitators for their time and services.
