It's Campaign Season!
Each fall many workplaces run a charitable
giving campaign offering you the opportunity to make a paycheck
contribution to the charities you care about most. Be sure to look for
Community Shares of Colorado and Partnership for Colorado at your
workplace this fall! Please contact
Alyssa Kopf with any questions about
the workplace giving campaign at your office.
If your company does not offer workplace giving or does not include
Community Shares in the annual giving campaign, please contact
Jesse Wolff about bringing choice in
giving to your workplace. Thank you for supporting inclusive workplace
giving!

Note from the Development
Director
Dear Friends,
Have you made plans for your future? Do you want to travel or spend
more time with family? Create a legacy in your community? You can
achieve these goals with a financial
and life plan. Here are some things to consider:
-
Have you had a change in your family situation?
-
Do you have a will and/or living will?
-
Are you comfortable with your current insurance? Do you have
beneficiaries assigned?
-
Are you saving for your retirement? Are you saving enough?
-
Are your assets affected by any recent tax changes?
-
Have you allocated money to your favorite charities?
Many people use this time of the year to get everything in order and
update their “life plans.” When making these plans, don’t forget to set
up long-term provisions for your family, loved ones and your favorite
organization, like Community Shares. For information on creating a plan
or ways to include Community Shares in your long-term financial
planning, please contact your financial advisor or feel free to call me
at 303-861-7507. I would be happy to provide more information to you
about ways you can leave a lasting legacy while preserving financial
security for you and your loved ones.
Thanks for considering
Community Shares now and in your future!
