Executive Leadership Institute (ELI)

American Friends Service Committee

Community Shares invites our members to participate in our Executive Leadership Institute (ELI) professionally-facilitated, peer-to-peer support groups.  ELI has been holding Executive Director groups for more than 10 years and we are beginning to expand these services to include more areas and more participants.  Each group sets their priorities at the beginning of the year, developing expectations and responsibilities as well as outcomes.

• Groups meet at least 10 times per year and set the times, dates and locations themselves.
• Each group is facilitated by a nonprofit professional who can keep the group on track and provide advice and support when necessary.
• The cost for members is $100 per year.
